Students stay in a luxury residence located in Arenal street, the best and most central area of Madrid! It's just steps away from Puerta del Sol, Madrid's capital center - or as we like to call it "The Times Square of Madrid". This is one of the most enriched cultural and entertainment areas of Madrid; full of shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. Excellent connections with the rest of the city through an extensive network of buses, metro and Renfe and very close to nearby attractions like the Royal Palace and la Plaza Mayor.
The apartment has been recently refurbished in a modern and innovative design combining functionality and comfort. All rooms have flat screen TV, desk with drawers and chair, wardrobe and bed with memory foam mattresses.
The apartment has a living room with relaxing area with TV and sofa, a courtyard , 5 bathrooms, laundry room and a big kitchen with dining area and fully equipped with appliances and crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Let's not forget WiFi!
This is what you'll find when you walk out the door...
Calle Arenal filled with shops, eateries, landmarks and a connection to 2 large metro stops. Metro: Opera & Sol
Steps away is the famous Teatro Joy Eslava is a grand old Madrid dance club (housed in a 19th-century theatre). It claims to have operated every single day for the past 29 years. The music and the crowd are a mixed bag, including locals and tourists, and even the occasional celebrity. In the hidden corner behind it you'll also find the San Gines Chocolateria, famous for chocolate con churros.
Just a few doors down there is a 24-hour pharmacy that you can find anything from, aspirin, earplugs, shampoo, vitamins and more.
One block over you'll find Carrefour, one of the popular supermarkets in Spain. They have good prices and a wide variety of brands per product.
Turn the corner from the apartment and you'll find The Plaza Mayor, Madrid's main square. You can come here to eat, have a coffee, or just relax in the sun and watch the street entertainment.
Around the corner from Plaza Mayor is San Miguel Market. This market has become one of the most visited spots of Madrid, and at the same time a reference of gastronomy and entertainment. Here is a glimpse of what you'll find inside.
We can't wait to have you!
