Meet Liz - 2018 Summer 2-Week Immersion

Liz Saucedo

University of Illinois at Chicago

Major: Finance

We are excited to announce that Liz will be joining PINC International's 2-week immersion program in Summer 2018! She is looking forward to meeting new women with similar ambitions and cannot wait to explore Spain. Welcome aboard, Liz!

Which groups/sorority/organization are you currently affiliated with?
I am currently not affiliated with either. However, I do plan on rushing for a sorority in the Spring semester and I currently hold a part time job within the CRA Department of CIBC.
Where do you see yourself 10 years from now
10 years from now I see myself working for CIBC with a higher position, I see myself living in a condo downtown Chicago all on my own with a puppy- and  maybe a husband. I would have traveled to at least 10 different countries. I also see myself owning a rancho with horses.
What are some of your bucket list items/places?
Traveling to Spain my second year of college was actually on my bucket list, I want to try the internship program in 2019 as well. I want to visit Bora Bora, and volunteer in Tanzania, Africa. I also want to visit Jerusalem.
What is one of your proudest accomplishments to date?
One of my proudest accomplishments to date was receiving the Presidential Volunteer Award through the RoadLess Traveled for going on a volunteer trip to Costa Rica for 3 weeks... I went to this trip not knowing a single thing or a single person, and I did not have my phone at all, so that definitely made me step outside of my comfort zone.
If you could sit and have coffee with one celebrity dead or alive who would it be?
Definitely Selena Quintanilla.
